HyperNexus provides an enterprise AI orchestration platform. Service plans, features, and pricing are as described on our website and in your service agreement.
Subject to payment of applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the HyperNexus platform for your internal business operations during the subscription term.
We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws including GDPR and CCPA where applicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HyperNexus, Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
